Control Flooding with Instant Sandbags

InstantDAMS is a replacement for the old traditional sandbag in the control of flood waters and other related containment issues where property and equipment need to be protected. InstantDAMS are a burlap sack filled with a small amount of super-absorbent polymer that upon getting wet expands more than 40 times its original size in just 2–3 minutes! This pro- vides a fast and easy means of constructing a flood prevention dam with less labor or equipment required. InstantDAMS are clean and neat, no messing around with sand or dirt. Once flood event is over, the environmentally friendly bags can be dried out and re-used or disposed of easily and are fully biodegradable.
